DLP Allow-List Based on File MD5 and Strings

By
Files and specific strings can now be allow-listed, so that they are not flagged as DLP violations.
A tight and properly configured DLP policy often requires exceptions.
It could be files that contain sensitive data that you still wish to specifically allow, or even surgical exceptions for specific strings.
Harmony Email & Collaboration now allows administrators to allow-list files by their MD5 or specific strings. These exceptions can be created either from the new DLP Allow-List menu item, or from a specific email / file / message profile page, presenting the DLP detection.
Note – this feature is now being gradually deployed and you should see it in your portal during the next 2 weeks.
