New Service Status Reporting Interface
A new in-portal Interface for administrators to stay updated on maintenance activities and service status
Harmony Email & Collaboration has come a long way from its early days. The number of our customers and infrastructures have grown significantly.
It is deployed on data centers in 4 different regions and is comprised of tens of micro-services and clusters. This number, along with the number of our customers, is growing on a weekly basis.
So reporting on system health status and on maintenance activities should no longer be global – making sure administrators are only notified about issues relevant to their portal.
Harmony Email & Collaboration now includes a new Service Status page, allowing administrators to:
- View the current health of the system and see if there are any ongoing issues
- Browse through the history of issues relevant to their portal
- Subscribe to email and/or SMS updates on any issue relevant to their portal
Administrators with the Receive Alerts role is automatically subscribed for Email and SMS notifications.
To view the system health status and manage the subscribers browse to Audit -> Service Status
Note – this feature is being deployed gradually. You should see it in your portal by the end of the week.
