Harmony Email & Collaboration introduces a new phishing awareness training focused on Microsoft Teams – and announces Greek language support across all training modules.

Microsoft Teams has become a central collaboration hub for organizations – and attackers have taken notice. The new training module, “Microsoft Teams Phishing Awareness“, helps users recognize phishing attempts that originate within Teams chats, mimicking trusted colleagues or departments to trick recipients into clicking malicious links.

The training walks learners through realistic scenarios where employees receive seemingly legitimate Teams messages that urge them to take urgent action. From spoofed internal requests to deceptive HR announcements, users are taught how to identify red flags, inspect suspicious links, and respond appropriately. The training blends humor and practical advice, emphasizing key takeaways like verifying requests through trusted channels and always reporting suspicious activity to IT.

In addition to this new module, Harmony Email & Collaboration is expanding language support across its entire training catalog. All awareness training modules will gradually become available in Greek, enabling broader accessibility for users across regions. Learners can identify translated modules by looking for the Greek flag within the training library.
