Avanan now introduces a quick feedback request when a tenant is deleted, helping Check Point better support MSPs and further improve the service experience.

This new in-product prompt appears after a tenant is deleted and invites the MSP to optionally share the reason. Whether it’s pricing, features, or other considerations, the feedback will help Check Point prioritize the right enhancements and maximize value for MSP partners. The process is quick and optional, and all insights are used solely to improve partner success.
