Now Including Graymail Emails in the Daily Quarantine Digest
Check Point Email Security now introduces the ability to include graymail emails in the end user daily quarantine digest.
The daily quarantine digest is designed to give end users visibility into messages that were filtered or redirected by policy. Until now, it included quarantined emails and messages sent to the Junk folder. With this update, graymail messages that are routed to a dedicated graymail folder can also be surfaced directly in the digest.
This enhancement ensures that users have a more complete view of all non-primary inbox activity in one place. By including graymail in the digest, users can quickly identify messages they may want to read – such as newsletters or marketing communications – without needing to navigate separate folders. This improves productivity and reduces the risk of missing legitimate content, while still maintaining strong filtering policies. Additionally, it supports better user-driven decisions by allowing them to trust senders when permitted by policy, helping strike the right balance between security and usability.
For new customers onboarding to Check Point Email Security, the graymail section will be included in the digest by default. Existing customers can enable this capability by navigating to User Interactions > Quarantine > Settings > End User Digest > Content, and selecting the option “Include Graymail emails that are sent to a dedicated folder.”

This feature is gradually deployed and will be available in customer portals over the next 7 days.
