Additional Workflow for Inbound DLP
Administrators can now select to quarantine inbound emails that violate the DLP policy without notifying end users
DLP policies and procedures vary greatly between organizations. The automated workflows that apply to emails containing violations to the DLP policies need to be treated delicately and follow corporate standards carefully.
Harmony Email & Collaboration now allows administrators to decide to quarantine inbound emails that contain DLP violations without notifying the end users.
This way, only administrators are informed about the violations and are able to restore these emails.
To do that, go to the Office 365 Mail DLP policy, select the Inbound direction and select the new workflow: Email is blocked. User is not alerted (admin can restore)
