Administrators can now customize the email body banners for different workflows.

At times, organizations choose to deliver suspicious emails to end users, accompanied with an email body banner warning them from the email’s content.

As in every end-user interaction, the language, phrasing and design are key in making the security measures clear, understandable and just as alarming as needed.

For every workflow that supports warning banners, administrators can now configure the text, structure, actions and background color. A different banner can be configured for every policy rule.

Note – this feature is now being gradually deployed. You should see it in your portal during the next two weeks.
