Customize the Names of End-User Actions in the Daily Quarantine Digest

Harmony Email & Collaboration now allows administrators to rename the action buttons in the Daily Quarantine Digest email.

Until now, only the email content was customizable — action names like Trust Sender and Request Restore were fixed.
With this enhancement, admins can align action labels with their organization’s tone, workflows, or terminology. This improves clarity for end users and ensures a consistent experience across communications.

To customize the labels, go to Security Settings → User Interaction → Quarantine → End User Quarantine Report (Digest) → Content → Action Labels, and set your preferred names.
