Check Point Email Security now introduces customized banners for incoming phishing simulation emails – combining realistic user experience with frictionless delivery.

Security Awareness Training simulations are injected directly into user mailboxes through native Microsoft and Google integrations. This approach eliminates traditional delivery challenges, such as messages being blocked, quarantined, or requiring allow-list configurations in upstream email security solutions. The result is reliable delivery and a seamless deployment experience.

However, because these simulations bypass traditional email flow, existing external sender banners are not applied. In some cases, this visual gap can make simulations easier for users to detect, reducing their effectiveness.

With this new capability, Check Point Email Security allows administrators to configure custom banners specifically for phishing simulations that mimic incoming emails. This ensures simulations are delivered without disruption while maintaining the same visual cues as real external emails – creating a more authentic user experience, improving engagement, and increasing the accuracy of phishing resilience testing.

To enable this capability, go to the SAT policy global settings or the per-policy advanced settings, select Add banner to incoming phishing simulations emails, and configure the banner of your choice.
