Help Desk and Read-Only users can now be granted view-only permission to the Policy section.

Granular role-based access control is key to managing large help desk / SOC teams in a secure fashion.

In some cases, especially large organizations or MSPs utilizing a shared management model with their customers, some users need to be granted read-only access to the policy section.
This allows them to review the service provided by the personnel responsible for managing the policy rules.

Harmony Email & Collaboration now allows administrators to grant a specific permission to users, allowing to view – and not edit – the policy rules in their tenant.

To do that, go to Settings > Users > Create/Edit a user > Service Specific Roles > Harmony Email & Collaboration and add the View Policy role.
