DKIM Management and Hosting Now Generally Available

After a successful early availability program, DKIM management and hosting is now generally available.

Protecting brand identity and ensuring email authenticity continues to be a critical requirement for modern organizations. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) plays a central role in this effort, helping verify that messages sent from your domain haven’t been altered and are indeed from you. With DKIM enforcement becoming mandatory for major email providers, secure and reliable DKIM management is more important than ever.

Harmony Email & Collaboration now provides built-in DKIM hosting and management, allowing organizations to create, rotate, and manage DKIM keys across their domains directly from the admin portal. This simplifies domain authentication workflows and helps organizations meet compliance and deliverability requirements from providers like Google and Yahoo—without relying on third-party infrastructure.

This capability is available as part of the DMARC Management add-on. Customers interested in enabling it can browse to the Add-On Store in the left side menu of the portal and click Request Activation.
