The Email Profile page now includes the Message ID of the email, allowing faster follow-up incident research
As part of an incident investigation, administrators and helpdesk engineers will often look for more information about a suspicious email in other platforms.

One of the most useful global identifiers to search by is the email’s Message ID.
The message ID is now available in the Email Profile page and can quickly be copied for further investigation.
