MSP administrators can now grant their users granular access to managed customer tenants.

MSP teams usually include different personnel with different levels of permissions and access.

Some are responsible for managing the day-to-day of their customers, while others are in charge of licensing and onboarding new customers.

When an MSP expands to manage many customers from different verticals and profiles, some team members need to have access only to some of the customer’s portals.

Harmony Email & Collaboration and the Infinity MSP Portal now allow defining granular access to customer tenants for every user group.

User groups can have access to:

  1. All customer tenants
  2. Only the tenant of the MSP itself and none of the customers
  3. Only specific customer tenants
  4. All customer tenants except named ones

To do that, go to the Infinity Portal Settings > User Groups > Add/Edit a user group > Accounts and select the permission under “Associated Accounts”
