Enhanced Visibility to the Justification of Approving / Declining End User Requests
Administrators can now easily see the justification of help desk and Check Point analysts for approving / rejecting end user requests.
Handling quarantine restore requests and reports on phishing emails in end users’ mailbox is the day-to-day job of the help desk team or – for the Check Point Incident Response as a Service customers – Check Point analysts.
At times, administrators would like to review the justification the engineer gave for rejecting or approving such end-user requests.
With this new release, administrator can easily browse through the justifications, via a dedicated Action Justification column in the Restore Requests and User Reported Phishing pages.
Note – this feature is being deployed gradually. You should see it in your portal within the next week.
