Enhancing Localization and Customization of Security Awareness Email Notifications
Check Point Email Security now introduces enhanced localization and customization for Security Awareness Training (SAT) email notifications.
Organizations today operate across diverse geographies, making it essential to communicate security awareness effectively in each user’s preferred language. This update improves how SAT-related email notifications are delivered, ensuring they are both relevant and easy to understand for every recipient.
With this release, email notifications sent for assigned training modules and mishandled phishing simulations can now be localized per user. Administrators can choose between a single global language for all users or dynamically align notifications with each end user’s preferred language. When using user-based localization, a default fallback language ensures consistent delivery even when a user’s preferred languages are not supported.
In addition, Check Point Email Security now allows full customization of these notifications on a per-language basis. This means organizations can tailor messaging not only globally, but also specifically for different regions or teams – for example, customizing English and Spanish versions independently to better reflect tone, branding, or internal communication standards. Existing customizations are preserved and automatically mapped to the English language, ensuring a seamless transition with no loss of prior configurations.
To configure these capabilities, navigate to the SAT policy global settings or the advanced settings within a SAT policy rule. Under “Training & Notification Language,” select either a global language or choose “According to end user language”. If selecting the latter, define a default language for unsupported cases.

To customize notifications, select the desired language under “Select Language to Edit” and modify the relevant content fields.
