Administrators can now restrict access to the organization’s portal to a specific IP address or CIDR

Malicious actors are always out to get access to your organization’s emails, and at times, they even manage to compromise the accounts, gaining access to sensitive data, etc.

One of the ways attackers might want to gain access to your emails, files and correspondences is by acquiring access to your Infinity Portal.
The Infinity Portal itself is, of course, very well secured and we have now added a new layer of security.

On top of the existing authentication methods, administrators can now restrict access to the Infinity Portal to users coming from a specific IP address or network / CIDR.

To do so, click on the arrow next to your user name (top right corner) and select Global Settings -> Identity & Access -> Check the “Restrict access only to specific set of IP address or by CIDR” box -> Click Define access list and add the addresses in the window that opens.
