Harmony Email & Collaboration now supports two new login methods in the Infinity Portal for customers who do not use SSO: GitHub and passkey‑based login.

With this enhancement, administrators can now offer users the option to log into the Infinity Portal (and thereby access Harmony Email & Collaboration) via their GitHub account or via a FIDO2 passkey. These methods remove the requirement for a separate second‑factor authentication (2FA) for the login session.

Please note the following:

  • These login methods are available only for customers who do not already utilize SSO for portal access.

  • Users must be provisioned manually in the Infinity Portal ahead of their first login using GitHub or passkey.
