Prevent Sensitive Data Leaking (DLP) in Gmail Emails
ByCheck Point Team
Outgoing Gmail emails containing DLP violations can now be blocked before being sent out.
Harmony Email & Collaboration now supports inline DLP policies for Gmail emails that enforce an action on the emails before they are sent out to their external recipients.
With this new capability, organizations can prevent sensitive data from being shared with unauthorized external recipients.
To configure preventative policies for outgoing emails, create a new Gmail DLP policy and select the Prevent (inline) mode.

Note – this feature is being deployed gradually. You should see it in your portal in the upcoming week.
