Introducing FQDN-Based Split Tunnel for Linux in Harmony SASE

ByCheck Point Team
Harmony SASE’s Linux agent just got a big upgrade: split tunneling based on Fully Qualified Domian Names (FQDN).
This update aligns Linux functionality with our Windows and Mac agents, enabling:
- FQDN-based routing: Define specific domains to include or exclude from the secure VPN tunnel.
- Flexible include/exclude logic: Customize traffic flow for optimal performance and security.
Why It Matters
With FQDN-based split tunneling, you can:
- Optimize bandwidth usage by bypassing non-critical traffic
- Enhance user experience by reducing latency
- Maintain security for sensitive applications
Simple Setup
Configure FQDN rules in the Harmony SASE console, and now they’ll automatically apply to your Linux agents as well providing a consistent experience across all platforms.
