Harmony Email & Collaboration now introduces MSP Configuration Templates, empowering service providers to standardize and scale security management across tenants.

As MSP environments grow, maintaining consistent security policies across multiple customers can become time-consuming and complex. MSP Configuration Templates are designed to simplify this process by enabling providers to define and centrally manage reusable configuration templates that can be pushed to multiple tenants at once.

With Configuration Templates, MSPs can dramatically shorten the onboarding process for new customers by applying predefined security settings in just a few clicks. Instead of manually configuring each tenant, a standardized template ensures every new customer starts with aligned, best-practice protections. When policy updates or configuration changes are required, MSPs can deploy them in bulk across multiple tenants simultaneously – reducing operational overhead, minimizing the risk of misconfigurations, and ensuring a consistent security posture across their entire customer base.

How to enable and manage Configuration Templates

To manage and push Configuration Templates to tenants, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your Infinity Portal account type is set to “MSSP” by going to Settings (cog icon), selecting General. Your account type appears in the top row.

  1. Click the nine-dot menu in the top left corner and select Harmony Email & Collaboration.

  2. In the multi-tenant view that opens, navigate to the Templates menu item to start managing your Configuration Templates.

MSP Configuration Templates will be gradually deployed over the next 14 days and will become available in Infinity MSP portals during this period. MSPs who would like early access can contact Check Point Support to enable the feature sooner.
