What’s New

Create Policy by Natural Language (Policy AI) lets administrators define AI security policies the same way they’d describe them to a colleague: in plain language. Type your intent, and Workforce AI Security translates it into a complete, structured policy, ready for review and enforcement.

A few examples of what admins are writing today:

  • “Prevent the finance team from uploading customer data to any GenAI tool except our approved ones”
  • “Alert on any prompt containing credentials or API keys, across all AI platforms”
  • “Block unmanaged accounts from accessing AI coding assistants on macOS devices”

Policy AI interprets the intent, applies the correct scope and data types, and presents the resulting policy for your approval. Nothing is enforced until you review and confirm it.

How It Works

  1. Describe your intent. Write the policy in your own words, directly in the Workforce AI Security console.
  2. Review the generated policy. Policy AI shows you the full rule it built: scope, conditions, data categories, and enforcement action.
  3. Refine and approve. Adjust anything, or rephrase and regenerate. The policy goes live only when you say so.

Behind the scenes, Policy AI maps your request onto the same policy engine that powers the rest of the platform. There is no separate “AI policy” format and no shadow rulebase. Everything lands in your existing policy structure, fully visible and fully auditable.
