Mail Explorer Search by Microsoft Message ID

Administrators and Help Desk users can now search for emails based on their Microsoft Message ID

At times, administrators and Help Desk engineers have track an email through the Microsoft dashboard and want to complement the search and investigation in Harmony Email & Collaboration.

Usually, in these cases, they already know the Microsoft Message ID and would like to use it as a search criterion in Harmony Email & Collaboration.

Harmony Email & Collaboration now supports that via a new Message ID field in the Mail Explorer.
