Some tenants will require re-authorization of Harmony Email & Collaboration to connect to their Microsoft 365 account.

As previously mentioned, a small infrastructure upgrade is taking place so that all Harmony Email & Collaboration tenants will utilize Microsoft Modern Authentication.

While most tenants are already upgraded, to complete the process a number of tenants will be required to re-authorize Harmony Email & Collaboration to connect to their Microsoft 365 account.

Administrators of these tenants will see a pop-up message when logging into Harmony Email & Collaboration prompting them to initiate the re-authorization.

This is a very short 2-click-20-second process, during which no impact on email delivery or security is expected.
