New Branding Options for MSP Email Notifications Now Available in the Infinity MSP Portal

The Infinity MSP Portal now enhances Harmony Email & Collaboration MSPs’ ability to brand admin and end-user email notifications.

Until now, MSPs could customize the logo shown in browser pages and email notifications viewed by end users. With this update, MSPs can now define additional branding elements specifically for admin and end-user email notifications – including display name, information URL, and support email – creating a more personalized and professional communication experience.

These new options allow MSPs to replace the default “Check Point” display name in end-user emails, insert a custom URL that links to their website or documentation, and provide a support email address to streamline assistance. This added flexibility is especially useful for MSPs delivering white-labeled services, helping them strengthen their brand presence and improve user support.

To customize these branding parameters, go to Manage Accounts > General > Customize Branding in the Infinity MSP Portal.
