New: Let End Users Preview Emails from the Quarantine Digest
Harmony Email & Collaboration now allows end users to preview quarantined emails directly from the daily quarantine digest before deciding whether to restore them.
This enhancement gives users better visibility into quarantined messages by offering a safe, quick way to inspect suspicious content without releasing it to the inbox. It’s designed to reduce the risk of false restores while streamlining the user experience.
When the new “Include a Preview link” option is enabled, users will see a preview link next to each quarantined email in their daily digest. Clicking the link opens a secure preview of the message in the end user portal. This gives users enough context to decide whether to request a restore or ignore the message entirely. If the user doesn’t have access to the end user portal, the preview will not be available.
Admins can also choose to restrict actions in the digest by enabling the “Hide action links when preview link is shown” setting. When selected, users will only be able to preview messages from the digest – actions like restore or report will need to be completed through the end user portal.
Both options are available under Security Settings > User Interaction > Quarantine > End User Quarantine Report (Digest) > Content.
