As organizations expand their use of AI agents, understanding how these tools are being consumed becomes increasingly important.

Workforce AI Security now provides token usage visibility directly within the Inventory, helping security and IT teams monitor AI consumption across the organization from a single location.

For each supported agent, administrators can view:

  • Total token consumption
  • Usage during the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
  • A detailed breakdown of token consumption by AI model

This visibility helps organizations better understand how actively each agent is being used [for supported agents], identify changes in consumption over time, and see which models are driving usage.

Token usage data is displayed alongside the agent’s existing inventory information, providing additional context without requiring administrators to switch between different tools or management consoles.
