Releasing Suspected Phishing Emails from Quarantine without Admin Approval
Administrators can now allow end users to release Suspected Phishing emails without administrator approval
Organizations usually require help desk approval to release a high-confidence phishing email from quarantine.
However, to manage the load on the help desk team, organizations often accept letting end users release lower-confidence phishing emails without approval.
Harmony Email & Collaboration now includes a new workflow for emails detected as Suspected Phishing to allow just that.
To enable this workflow, open a Threat Detection policy and under Suspected Phishing workflow select Quarantine. User is alerted and allowed to restore the email
Note – this feature is being gradually deployed. It should be available in your portal during the next week.
