Restrict Data Storage to the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Harmony Email & Collaboration is now available in Infinity Portal tenants restricted to the United Arab Emirates
Data storage residency is a key element in some organizations in different countries around the world – and email-related data is considered to be one of the more sensitive types of data.
To support the different data handling laws in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or to comply with internal organization policies, Harmony Email & Collaboration can now be enabled in Infinity Portal tenants whose data storage is fully restricted to UAE.
To create a new Harmony Email & Collaboration tenant restricted to UAE, log into the Infinity Portal at https://ae.portal.checkpoint.com/ (or create an account if you don’t already have one), open Harmony Email & Collaboration and click Try Now.
Note – Harmony Email & Collaboration APIs – used by our customers’ developers to collect data and perform actions on security events – are still not supported in the UAE. A separate announcement will be released once this support is added.
