Multiple Phishing Reporting Mailboxes
By
Avanan now supports defining multiple mailboxes to which users send emails they believe are phishing.
Organizations often have more than one mailbox that users forward suspicious emails to.
It could be to separate reports to different kinds of threats (spam, phishing), separate reports from different departments, a result of an acquisition or any other reason.
Admins can now configure Avanan to monitor a number of mailboxes for phishing reports, so that any email sent to them will trigger an event and be listed for security analysts to review.
This is done under User Interaction -> Configuration -> Phishing Reports
