The Infinity MSP portal now introduces a streamlined way for MSPs to identify and address technical issues across their managed tenants.

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance partner visibility and reduce time to resolution, the Manage Accounts view now includes a new Operational Issues column. This column displays the number of detected issues in each tenant – such as integration errors between Harmony Email & Collaboration and connected SaaS applications.

With just a click on the tenant name or the number of issues, MSPs can instantly view a detailed breakdown of the problems, including severity levels, affected services, and direct links to remediation steps. These issues can range from certificate expirations to configuration gaps, giving partners actionable insights without needing to navigate deeper into tenant configurations.

To further streamline monitoring, the dashboard now shows a summary of how many tenants currently have operational issues. Clicking this summary applies an automatic filter, allowing MSPs to focus exclusively on tenants needing attention – accelerating troubleshooting and improving service reliability.
