Check Point Email Security now enables greater visibility into employee phishing awareness by allowing administrators to automatically alert managers when their team members fail phishing simulations.

Phishing simulations help organizations assess employee awareness and identify users who may be more vulnerable to phishing attacks. Notifying managers when employees fail a simulation enables additional oversight and helps reinforce security awareness across the organization.

Administrators can now configure phishing simulation policies to automatically notify managers when their employees fail a phishing simulation. The Alert Manager option is available under the Action on Failure section of the policy.

The setting is configured per policy, allowing administrators to enable manager notifications for specific groups of users. The notification itself is also customizable, providing flexibility in how managers are informed.

Note: This feature is being gradually deployed and should be available in all customer portals over the next 7 days.
