Set Deadlines for Security Awareness Training Modules with New Policy Control

Building on our recent launch of GenAI-powered Security Awareness Training, customers can now control how much time users have to complete each training module.

Administrators can now specify the number of days users have to complete an assigned training, using a new policy-level setting. This allows organizations to align training timelines with internal compliance goals, HR policies, or security initiatives. Setting clear deadlines encourages timely completion and reinforces the importance of security education in daily workflows.

To configure a training deadline:

1. Navigate to the SAT Policy configuration page (create a new one or edit an existing one).
2. Click on the Advanced Settings link.
3. Set the “Training due in (days)” field with the preferred number of days.

This capability is available as part of the Security Awareness Training add-on. Customers interested in enabling it can browse to the Add-On Store in the left side menu of the portal and click Request Activation.
