Microsoft Inspire: An Alliance Perspective

By: Brad Orluk – Microsoft Alliance Manager, published July 20 2020

It’s that time of year again – time to celebrate our joint success over the past 12 months with our friends from Redmond. In past years, this event has been a great place to connect with each other, share best practices, discover new ideas to bring innovative solutions to our customers, and, perhaps most importantly, learn what Microsoft’s programs, campaigns, and vision will be for the next year.

PRO TIP: Even though the event is virtual, think of it like you’re actually in Vegas. Wait—we don’t want you to set up a speakeasy in your house. We mean that if you limit your distractions, set aside time for keynotes, sessions, and Connect meetings, and treat this event as if you were there in person, you’ll set yourself up for success over the next year. (But sure, hire that Frank Sinatra impersonator if you want to.)

I’ve had the pleasure of attending the last six Microsoft Inspire/World Partner Conference events. I’ve witnessed the evolution of the Microsoft cloud (Azure) and the Microsoft Partner Network into an incredibly solid foundation for building your technology business. Whether you’re from a systems integrator (SI), an independent software vendor (ISV), or other channel partner, this event provides the most support and the best return on investment possible. This is the Microsoft way.

So, in the spirit of sharing, learning, and building together, here are the top three ways you can benefit from Check Point at this year’s Inspire:

Now, get over to the Inspire agenda tool and start adding your sessions! Thankfully, all of the keynotes should already be in your agenda, but here are some sessions that I’ve handpicked for you to help you leverage vertical positioning priorities, the Azure Marketplace, and programs:

Remember to get your rest, stay hydrated, connect, and learn! Oh, and while you’re humming along to “My Way,” don’t forget to swing by the Check Point virtual booth and attend the Check Point Ask the Experts session!
