(ISC)² cyber-security courses and programs will soon be available via Check Point’s training portal, helping to address the global shortage of certified, senior level cyber-security professionals

Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. has partnered up with (ISC)², the world’s largest non-profit association of certified cyber-security professionals to deliver top-notch security certifications to cyber leaders. Reserve your spot today.

The partnership will make the full range of leading (ISC)² professional certification training programs and exam preparation courses available via Check Point’s training portal to Check Point customers globally. By expanding Check Point’s robust training portfolio, CISOs and other experienced cyber-security professionals can gain access to the (ISC)² courses using Check Point’s cyber-security learning credits, or by direct purchase.

By joining forces, Check Point and (ISC)² are giving CISOs and senior-level security leaders new options to develop certified cyber skills, accommodating the increasing demand and shortage in certified cyber security professionals. Recent research shows that 76% of organizations are struggling to recruit cyber-security talent, with 78% believing there is a skill shortage within their company, and the partnership is aimed to close that gap.

Closing the cyber-security skills gap is a critical issue right now, as organizations continue to tackle the challenges presented by the global pandemic in securing fragmented, hybrid cloud networks and distributed workforces. By partnering with (ISC)², Check Point can deliver new options to help CISOs and experienced cyber-security staff further develop knowledge and skills, while gaining the best professional certifications in the market.

The partnership with (ISC)² demonstrates Check Point’s ongoing commitment to providing cyber-security education and training at all levels, from recent graduates all the way up  to C-level professionals.  In March 2020, Check Point announced the 100th academic institution has signed up to its SecureAcademy program, which offers a comprehensive cyber-security curriculum to students, with courses available at over 100 universities in over 40 countries.
