Administrators can now exclude senders and specific file types from malware inspection.

Some organizations use automated systems that are designed to send emails with attachments that are either real malware (e.g., to malware research teams) or using file types that behave similarly to malware.
In addition, organizations might want to ensure that emails from some senders are never marked as malware, to support business continuity at any cost.

Harmony Email & Collaboration now allows administrators to define malware allow-lists based on sender, sender domain and file type.

Emails sent from these senders/domains or contain attachments from the allow-listed file types will not be flagged as malware.
The same applies to shared files over other collaboration applications, such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive and Teams.

To do this, go to Security Settings > Exceptions > Malware > Create Allow List and select Sender or File Type under Allow-List Type

Note – this feature is being deployed gradually. You should see it in your portal during the next 7 days.
