Administrators can now disable authentication to the End User Portal with a one-time password.

The End User Portal is widely used by end users to browse through their quarantined items and take actions on them.
To authenticate to the End User Portal, end users can either enter their email address and receive a one-time passcode, or, alternatively, login via Microsoft / Google.

Logging in via Microsoft / Google allows administrators to apply additional security measures, such as conditional access and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Therefore, some organizations may opt to disable the option to authenticate to the portal via a one-time password.

To do that, browse to Security Settings > User Interactions > Quarantine > Authentication and uncheck the One-time password via email option.
