Harmony Email & Collaboration now includes a dedicated End User Guide – a resource admins can share with employees to help them navigate key user-facing experiences.

The guide explains to end users about their interactions with the platform, including:

  • The End User Portal for reviewing and releasing quarantined emails
  • The Daily Quarantine Digest
  • How to submit quarantine restore requests
  • And more user notifications and banner types

Admins can share the guide directly or repurpose sections to build custom training materials and documentation.
