Administrators can select which users have access to the end user portal.

The end user portal is the most convenient way for end users to check their quarantined emails, understand the status of their quarantine restore requests and manage their trusted senders.

Some organizations prefer to allow only some of the users access to the end user portal. It could be to support gradual deployments, avoid confusing less technical users or any other reason.
Harmony Email & Collaboration now supports this use case.

To limit the access to the End User Portal, Go to Security Settings > User Interaction > Quarantine > End User Portal > Allowed Users.
There, change the default All users to Select users add the users/groups you wish to have access to the End User Portal.
