Harmony Email & Collaboration now includes a new Security Awareness Training (SAT) module focused on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), helping education-sector organizations strengthen compliance and data protection.

The new FERPA module helps organisations raise awareness across faculty, staff and administrative teams. It provides practical guidance to recognise the types of data protected under FERPA, understand common threats and adopt best‑practice workflows for handling student information.

The FERPA training module is now available when defining SAT policies in Harmony Email & Collaboration.
