Post-Onboarding Retroactive Scan – After Learning Mode

By
Post-onboarding retroactive scan will now take place after Learning Mode is complete and only for customers with under 500 users.
Until now, after deploying a new Harmony Email & collaboration portal, the solution would immediately start a retroactive scan of emails received in the last 14 days and are located in users’ mailboxes.
With this new update, this behavior will change:
- Retroactive scan will start only after Learning Mode is completed
- Retroactive scan will automatically start only for accounts with 500 users or less
Note – this change is gradually deployed across regions and will take effect for all new deployments over the next week.
